All the branches and roots of bonsai have to be cut according to grammar (1) Wheel Branch: Some species have many branches coming out from one root or stem. The rest of the stalks have to be cut leaving the required stalk according to the bonsai style. (2) Bar Branch: Pulses that are parallel to both sides of the main stem. (3) Parallel Branch: Two branches in parallel on one side of the main stem. (4) Upright Branch: A branch that becomes erect or straight. (5) Down ward Branch: A branch that has gone down steeply. (6) Swindling Branch: The branch of the tree which is growing loudly and straight. If such branch is required, it should be cut short. If it is not needed, the branch should be cut completely from the beginning. (7) Crossing branch: A horizontal branch that crosses each other. যেই সব ডাল (Branch) এবং শিকোড় ( Root) বনসাই গ্রামার অনুযায়ী কাটতে হয়ঃ (★) Wheel Branch : কিছু কিছু প্রজাতির একটি গোড়া বা কান্ড থেকে অনেকগুলো ডাল বের হয়। বনসাই স্টাইল অনুযায়ী প্রয়োজনীয় ডালটি রেখে বাকি ডাল গুলো কাটিং করতে হবে। (★)Bar Branch : মুল কান্ডের দুই দিকেই সমান্তরাল ভাবে থাকে যে ডাল। (★)Parallel Branch : মুল কান্ডের একদিকে পরপর সমান্তরাল ভাবে দুইটি ডাল। (★) Upright Branch :খাঁড়াভাবে বা সোজা হয়ে ওঠে যাই এমন ডাল। (★)Down ward Branch : খাঁড়াভাবে নিচের দিকে নেমে গেছে এমন ডাল। (★)Swindling Branch : গাছের যে ডালটি জোরে সোরে এবং সোজা হয়ে বাড়ছে ঐধরণের ডাল প্রয়োজন হলে কাটং করে ছোট করতে হবে। যদি প্রয়োজন না থাকে তা হলে গোড়া থেকে ডালটি সম্পূর্ণ কাটতে করতে হবে। (★)Crossing branch: আড়াআড়ি ডাল যা একটি অপরটিকে Cross করে ঐসমস্ত ডাল। Edit by : Jamil Uddin sekh Owner : KH.
